Although there is no way to guarantee that your baby will be born 100 percent healthy, expecting mothers can take certain steps to reduce the risk of some physical and intellectual abnormalities. The National Women's Health Information Center and AVSC International, an organization that promotes reproductive health care worldwide, give some tips for pregnant women: Visit a health-care provider in the first trimester of your pregnancy, and then at regular intervals until you give birth. Contact your insurance provider or, if you don't have one, contact your local family or social services for health insurance options. Eat healthy foods. Your doctor may instruct you with some specific nutrition guidelines. Get regular physical activity.

KELLER'S WWE RAW REPORT FEBRUARY 4, 2008 TAPE DELAY FROM AUSTIN, TEX. WHAT HAPPENED: 1ST HOUR -A full pyro show opened the show. Then Randy Orton was shown standing in mid-ring as Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler introduced the show. Orton said John Cena accepted his invite to wrestle him at No Way Out for the WWE Title. He said Cena's word means nothing to him, so he wants it in writing so there's no way he can back out of the match in two weeks. He said Cena therefore cannot claim he is not fully recovered. He was there to be "no way out" for Cena. Get it? He said he had his lawyers draw up the contract, which he has already signed. He called Cena to the ring. Cena came out and signed the document quickly. Orton told him that if he suffers a pec injury later in an arm wrestling contest against Mark Henry, he'll still have to fulfill his match at No Way Out.

BREAKING NEWS: BOB KNIGHT RESIGNS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
NewsChannel 11 has just learned that Texas Tech Basketball Coach Bob Knight has resigned effective immediately. We're told Assistant Coach Pat Knight will take over. The announcement comes just two days before Tech's next basketball game which is Wednesday against Baylor in Waco. It also comes less than three weeks after Knight's record 900th win. Sources tell NewsChannnel 11 that Coach Knight told Athletic Director Gerald Myers that he was ready to quit and tired of coaching. NewsChannel 11 is also told that Knight told his team Monday morning about his plans to step down. ESPN is quoting Knight as saying ..."I've never really known when I was going to step down from this job, As I thought about it, my first thought was at the end of this season"...the best thing for the long run for this team would be for Pat and his staff to coach these remaining 10 games..." James Brown's Possessions To Be Auctioned To Pay Off Taxes
James Brown's possessions will be appraised and auctioned, in part to pay taxes his estate owes, court-appointed trustees said Wednesday.
Attorney Adele Pope would not say exactly what items would be auctioned or how much they were worth. She also refused to say after a hearing how much the estate owed.
Brown died in Atlanta in December 2006, throwing into turmoil the future of his trust, which might include music rights and his 60-acre Beech Island home in western South Carolina.
