Teen With Acne Red Hair What Is The Best Cure For Teen Acne
Desperation pitch

But my guess is that these were just the sentiments of one star-struck congressmen. Committee chair Henry Waxman (D-CA) has struck me as a serious person, not some fawning fan. The same goes for Tom Davis (R-VA) and the rest of the other 40 who aren't Towns.

If he thinks he can get a majority of congressmen to roll over for him, he should think hard about that. They already showed they are willing to play hardball with a star when they recommended the Justice Department investigate Miguel Tejada for possible perjury, who told them back in 2005 he never took performance-enhancing drugs and didn't know of anyone who did.

In the end, the question isn't whether Clemens can act like a groovy guy in a meet and greet, or sign a few baseballs; it's whether an American hero perjured himself, which is serious business.

The Wire: Omar targets the money

I started this blog talking about the Omar-Marlo conflict, but there were actually a lot of strong threads and you realize the strength of writing on the gritty HBO series. Carcetti and city hall. McNulty digs a deeper hole by kidnapping a homeless man to make it seem like he is a victim of the serial killer . A frustrated Freamon trys to catch Marlo using a wiretap. Templeton's star continues to rise as he milks the phantom serial killer story for all it's worth.

The quotes, the stories, the interview subjects are just too perfect for real life. I'm sure this nags at Augustus, a veteran newspaper man, but he has nothing solid right now. I can't wait for this "bright and shiny" star to fall.

What was your take on this episode?

What were the best scenes and lines?

Pot calling kettle: 'Look how stoned she is!' Britney says of Amy ...

Seems Britney Spears gave quite the play-by-play analysis Sunday night as she watched the Grammy Awards. A source who was with her shared these comments from the troubled star during the 3-1/2 hour broadcast:

• Though Spears expressed admiration for Tina Turner's energy-packed duet with Beyonce, she did get snarky about the younger megastar's moves on stage. "She sure knows how to toss her hair," said Britney. "Too bad she can't dance as good as Tina who's old enough to be her grandmother!"

(Given Spears' own embarrassing performance at the Video Music Awards last fall, I think she'd be more careful before criticizing someone who looked far better dancing and singing than she did!)

• Also given Spears' own struggles with addictions, she seemed less-than-gracious commenting on Amy Winehouse's set via satellite from London.

Best international cities to dine in now

Whether it's Belgrade or Buffalo, every resident thinks his or her city has great restaurants. Most cities have their strengths—the kebab shops on every street in Istanbul, the taquerias in Guadalajara, the dim sum parlors in Shanghai, the sushi bars in Kyoto. Of course. There's fabulous seafood in Venice, wondrous tapas in San Sebastián and scores of terrific steakhouses in Buenos Aires.

But to be named a great restaurant city, there must be more than the usual levels of gastronomy; we expect the down-home and rustic as well as highfalutin' and haute cuisine. No longer can any six cities in France claim to lead the world—or even Europe—as citadels of great food; nor can a city like Las Vegas claim its slew of big-ticket restaurants compare with the breadth and depth of those culinary capitals that built their food culture over centuries.
