Hip-Hop Rumors: Joel Ortiz Off Aftermath? Is Bow Wow Crazy? Amy ...
Wow Bow doesn't have to do this. He doesn't. He can still make his name Bow Wow again. The rumor is that he got pissed off at Chris Brown and spit on his R&B counterpart. That's word to Omarion! Anyway apparently at a show in Dallas, Wow Bow ended his set off and accused Brown of messing up his set. How? I'm not sure how. Chris Brown is the headliner of the show, but I don't know what he did. Anyway, Wow Bow had to be restrained and out came the spit. I know this is only a rumor, but I have to ask: IS WOW BOW CRAZY? Now that I got a good laugh out of that, you should know that Wow Bow has stated on the record that this never happened. Chris Brown hasn't issued any denial. OBAMA HAS A SHOT! OK, I know one doesn't have anything to do with the other, but I thought I would say this anyway.
Ike Turner died of cocaine overdose
But last month, Mia Turner told the North County Times that the idea that her late father had drugs in his home at the time of his death was "an out and out" lie.The news that cocaine played a role in Ike Turner's death was surprising and disappointing to band mates who had performed with him in recent years."I really thought that was something he was finally able to put past him," saxophone player Leo Dombecki said. "I'm sure that will go down as another strike against the guy."Bass player Kevin Cooper also said he thought Turner had long ago put his illicit drug use behind him."It sucks, that's for sure," Cooper said. "What could have driven any man into doing that, especially at that age? It just seems unreal, completely unimaginable."Cooper was the music director on Turner's 2006 album "Rising with the Blues," that won a Grammy last year.

CES: Reactrix, Samsung show off Wii-like game system for TVs
Software developer Reactrix Systems showed off a gaming system made for LCD TVs that mimics the Wii game console in that people punch in the air to hit a boxing opponent or swing their arms to return the ball in a game of volleyball. The system is actually designed for large advertising displays, to draw in people to become part of the advertisement by playing an interactive game. The Reactrix technology is called WaveScape, and it was demonstrated on Samsung's large-format 570DX display at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Above the display was a sensor that kept track of a person's hand and body movements so they could interact with an on-screen game. The sensor can cover five meters. "Our first application is going to be advertising and interactive signage," said Matt Bell, who is chief scientist at Reactrix and developed the system.
Nip and tuck
Plastic surgery is now becoming more accepted in Malaysia. What do you need to look out for? By Dr ALICE PREMITHA MICHAEL FIFTY years ago, you had to do it in secret the subject was considered taboo. Eventually, the rich and the famous took the lead and elected cosmetic surgery as somewhat of a prerequisite to all the glory. Today, seated at a nook in Delicious, youll hear bits and pieces about whos had their latest rendezvous with their own not-so-hunky version of Dr Troy for a little nip and tuck. While there are no current figures released by our Health Ministry to depict how many cosmetic surgery fanatics are in your neighbourhood, the mushrooming of many institutions and centres that offer such services speak volumes. The trend has been building up a storm in recent years.
